**Role overview**

A genuine interest in business and enthusiasm for learning are required for this role. This is a responsible position which carries a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

The ideal Creative EA must be a conscientious, accurate and energetic individual as they will be working alongside management at all levels up to the Director.

**What is the working environment like?**

**Main duties/responsibilities include**:

- Diary Management of the Director
- Responsible for client onboarding and relationship management
- Planning & Coordination of Monthly Events and Workshops
- Client profile data collection and database input in the CRM
- General coordination with team & clients
- Responsible for general administration in the office
- Full ownership of reporting of team KPIs
- Set up of annual review mechanism for existing clients

- Always ensuring you provide the very best service, you will have the ability to get things done quickly and well, using your own initiative. You must also have the ability to understand and grasp business and commercial pressures quickly.

**Skills needed for the role**
- Fully conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- You will have fantastic written communication skills and attention to detail.
- You will have fantastic telephone communication skills
