**Job description:

- **
- **Fleet Management:Manage the Vehicle fleet, including regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs**:

- **Ensure that all Vehicle meet safety standards and regulatory requirements**:

- **Driver and Helper Supervision:Recruit, train, and supervise Night Service bus drivers and helpers.**:

- **Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.**:

- **Enforce safety protocols and adherence to traffic laws.**:

- **Conduct safety drills and training sessions for both drivers.**:

- **Communication:Maintain open communication with Management and Drivers.**:

- **Emergency Response:Develop and implement emergency response procedures for vehicle-related incidents.**:

- **Recordkeeping:Maintain accurate records of vehicle routes, driver schedules, and maintenance activities, Tax Invoices.**:

- **Prepare reports on Bus performance and metrics.**:

- **Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in transportation services.**:

- **Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of Vehicle operations.**

- Experience:

- 2 to 3 year
