**Job Summary/Purpose**:
Provides Hotel information and data needed for the GM, also provides secretarial services, ensuring that all necessary information and documents as well as coordination with external / internal parties are efficiently arranged in accordance with established timeframes. Maintains files / information confidentiality.

Key Areas:
1) Administrative Tasks

2) Personnel Functions
- Schedule and minute meetings
- Maintain correspondence
- GM’s schedules
- All Office files

3) Secretarial services

4) Communications with all departments

5) Relations with Corporate

6) Other Duties

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
