**Job Location** - Gurgaon

**Job Summary**:
A suitable IT admin must possess technical expertise across hardware and software, strong problem-solving skills, a grasp of cybersecurity practices, effective communication for user support, meticulous documentation abilities, organizational prowess, adaptability to evolving technology, attention to detail, collaboration skills, efficient time management, ethical conduct, and relevant certifications to demonstrate their qualifications in managing an organization's IT infrastructure effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
- Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Monitoring system performance network security to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
- Providing technical support when requested.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to work within our computing system successfully.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree is required or an equivalent master's degree is desired.
- Good experience in IT/System Administration.
- Must have programming proficiency, cloud computing knowledge, virtualization expertise, ITIL certification.
- Must have project management skills, vendor management experience, administration skills.
- Should have data backup and recovery competence, network security understanding, mobile device management knowledge.
- Required strong soft skills, and advanced certifications.

**Salary**: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
