**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- CLINICAL CARE QUALITY: Highest standards of Nursing care ensured through Nursing Leads driving Quality Indicators & Incident Reports at all Centers
- MANPOWER MANAGEMENT:
All Centers optimum Manpower Models (Skill Matrix, Rosters & Recruitment). Reflecting through alignment of Department budget & OTs
- ACCREDITITIONS
Ensure all centers are prepared for NABH/QAI accreditation
- L&D: All staff go through training as per L&D Calendar
- NPS:
**Qualifications and experience**
GNM/BScN with 5 years of experience in Clinical Nursing
Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration.
**KEY RESULT AREAS**
Quality Indicators & Incident Reports - 100 % adherence on Monthly reports across all centers
Experience excellence: Nursing Audit >4.5 Rating across all centers
NABH/QAI - Accreditations as per plan
Cost Optimization: Manpower model & Department budget
Training: 4 hours/staff/month.
