**Overview**:
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through both inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, qualifying leads, initiating outbound sales efforts, and managing all aspects of lead data and follow-ups. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Call Handling**: Receive and handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing information about products or services, addressing inquiries, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls to generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess the needs and interests of leads through effective questioning and active listening, qualifying them based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability as potential customers.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each prospect, highlighting product features, benefits, and value propositions to drive sales.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness for effective follow-up and analysis.
- **Follow-up**: Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads, build relationships, address concerns, and overcome objections, with the goal of converting leads into sales and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales team members, managers, and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales function.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales, inbound and outbound call handling, lead generation, or customer service roles. Experience in data management and CRM systems is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers, convey information clearly and persuasively, and build rapport over the phone.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals effectively, both in inbound and outbound sales scenarios.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple leads, tasks, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for customers throughout the sales process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,435.18 - ₹26,897.83 per month
