**About the job**
1. Pre-Shipment:
Export: making check list of export, coordinate with client, pre shipment documentation, taking quotation from Line/CHA, coordinate with factory/ office /vendor, container planning, shipment tag/label, co-ordinate with CHA, co-ordinate with custom, pre-shipment inspection, insurance, co-ordinate with CFS, Generate SB, stuffing, Gate in etc.
2. Post Shipment:
Export: Release BL/ AWB/LR, COO, prepare commercial invoice and other shipping document as per contract/ LC, submit document to bank/client, document courier tracking, co-ordinate with client for payment (if any), track duty drawback and GST return, e-BRC etc.
3. Banking:
Export: Export Bill Negotiation / LC documents processing with the bank, Document submission to bank, handling bank queries, coordinate with bank, handle RBI Xos, open advance bank guaranty / performance bank guaranty etc.
4. Post export Benefits:
**Required profile**
- Any graduate
- 2-4 years work experience in exports.
- Experienced in handling break-bulk, project cargo.
- Knowledge in import and export related accounting formalities & audit compliances
- Knowledge in Basic GST
- Understanding Incoterms, Payment Terms, LC Documentation and making documents as per country specific regulations, like Import Licence details, UCP Rules, Inspection agency, Etc.
