**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assists in phone and online booking and reservations;
- Manages phone calls and provide advice on approaching the clinic - book appointments;
- Provides directions and assistance to patients at the clinic;
- Consults patients about products, pricing regulations and discount strategy;
- Performs cashier related functions like posting charges to patient accounts;
- Thoroughly understands and adhere to payment and cash handling policies and procedures;
- Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the line manager;
- Follows all safety and emergency procedures;
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area;

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
