**Responsibilities**:

- Reading & understand technical documents, drawings, and various configurations and metallurgy.
- Generate high quality, on time, value priced proposals to facilitate order fulfilment.
- Good understanding of mechanical seal types, parts, arrangements,
- Determination of materials costs to manufacture equipment in coordination with manufacturing,, finance, quality, logistic, purchasing and supplier’s development departments.
- Estimate equipment´s cost based on standard rates and according to the customer´s specifications.
- Understanding of pricing, commercial and INCO terms
- Look for a continuous improvement regarding the estimating process; pricing time, quality, material cost reduction
- Advise to Commercial Operations and/or Sales Offices pricing and lead time of component / new equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Preferred knowledge / Skills**:

- Industry experience related to pumps/seals / rotating equipment.
- Experience in pricing tools such as ERP / Oracle / SAP / Sales Force
- Experience in pricing, contract review and ERP administration.
- Knowledge in understanding engineering / manufacturing drawings and BoM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.

**Qualification**:

- Any bachelor’s degree / Diploma in engineering
