**Job Title**: AutoCAD, Tally, and DTP Faculty

**Position Overview**:
The AutoCAD, Tally, and DTP Faculty will be responsible for teaching and developing courses in AutoCAD, Tally accounting software, and desktop publishing. This role aims to equip students with the technical skills and practical knowledge necessary for careers in design, accounting, and publishing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver engaging course content in AutoCAD, Tally, and DTP software.
- Utilize hands-on training, demonstrations, and project-based learning to enhance student understanding.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Create and update course syllabi to reflect industry standards and advancements in technology.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to ensure curriculum relevance.
- **Student Mentorship**:

- Advise and support students in their academic and career pursuits.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AutoCAD, accounting software, and DTP.
- Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant workshops or conferences.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program assessment and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and course evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Tally, and desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW).
- Previous teaching experience at the college level is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
