- Video Content Creation:

- Ideate, strategize and oversee the development of high-quality video content for various platforms, including and not limited to YouTube, Pinterest, Website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for various projects to align video marketing strategies with overall project goals.
- Perform detailed competitor analysis to identify gaps in their video marketing strategies we can capitalize on Scripting and Storyboarding:Direct and edit compelling video scripts that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Create storyboards to visualize and plan video sequences effectively.
- Editing and Post-Production:

- Join forces with the design team for editing and enhancing video content to ensure professional and visually appealing results by iIncorporating graphics, animations, and other visual elements.
- Optimize videos for SEO to drive traffic and track relevant analytics data to gauge the performance of each video/video series
- Distribution and Optimization:

- Implement strategies for video distribution across various platforms, optimizing for engagement and reach.
- Monitor video performance metrics and analyze data to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
- Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align video content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized video projects.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in video marketing.
- Identify and recommend innovative approaches to enhance video content and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 6 months to 1 year proven experience in video content creation, editing, and distribution.
- Proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in video marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
