**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and manage scalable and reliable machine learning pipelines.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, ensuring rapid deployment and monitoring of models.
- Automate model training, validation, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deploy and monitor ML models in production.
- Optimize infrastructure for machine learning, including data storage, processing, and resource management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot model performance and system issues in production.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- **Experience**: 3+ years in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles with hands-on experience in production-level ML systems.
- **Tools**: Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- **Programming**: Strong knowledge of Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- **CI/CD**: Experience in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- **Monitoring**: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack for monitoring and logging.
- **Version Control**: Proficiency with MLflow, DVC, or similar tools for model versioning.
- **Databases**: Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of feature stores and data versioning.
- Experience with model explainability and interpretability tools.
- Exposure to A/B testing and model retraining pipelines.
