Your expected **core competency** would be to:

- To supervise the entire Operations of the Service Centre, Monitor and Control the Telephone, Conveyance, Printing/Stationary and other Running Expenses. Any deviation in the Expenses should be report to the Technical Head at HO. along with the corrective actions. Ensure Turn Around Time ( TAT), Revenue and AMC. Targets are achieved.
- To ensure the statutory compliance will comply. Like Trade license, rent agreement etc. collect the Income from the Technicians and to ensure that the records are maintained. Visit the Distributors along with sales of the area in order to improve the Co-ordination between the Service Centre and the Sales / Distributors.
- Ensure that the Assets at Service Centre are codified as per the norms. All the fixed Assets are to be codified like Computers, Air Conditioners, Multimeters, etc. settle the disputes arising due to dissatisfaction amongst the Customers due to poor service and to help in settling of Consumer Forum Cases.
- To monitor the Spares Consumption for Within Warranty, Out of Warranty and AMCS. Tool Kit, Loan Register and Technician Kit Bags are properly maintained. Ensure Local purchases for spares are from Approved Sources with Quantity and Price verification. All the local purchases are to be approved by the Service Head.

While your **additional competency** which would better your chances of selection:

- Planning of spares requirement and procure them from Central Stores, ensure all defective spares and scrap is sent to Central Stores with proper documentation The call should be closed and properly checked for any other defects ( so that there is no repeat call)
- To have a proper control over the spare parts at the Service Centre, all spares are properly stacked in bins and Racks
- To plan with Technical Head for all Training needs. New joinee are well trained on all products before they attend the calls.
- Quality issues to Technical department immediately
- Good communication skills
- Well - Professionally Groomed
- Presentable skills with pleasing personality

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
