**Administration and extended support to maintain and manage the QRadar environment
- Incident Resolution and troubleshooting of any configuration related issue.
- 24x7 On-Call
- Documentation of SOP and Runbooks per company policy
- Develop and maintain existing/new DSM’s as needed
- Issue resolution and coordination with teams
- Assess the impact of environmental changes on deployed products (switch replacement, firewall changes, data centre migration, upgrades etc.).
- Continuous health check of QRadar environment and infrastructure
- Log source Reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot QRadar environment and ingested logs.
- Customize and run reports
- Rules tuning and continues improvements
