Peb Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented PEB Supervisor who can oversee both Site and Workshop Fabrication activities for PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of Site and Workshop personnel, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Oversee all aspects of Site and Workshop Fabrication for PEB projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement detailed work plans and schedules for Site and Workshop activities, considering resource allocation and project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety compliance on both the Site and in the Workshop.
- Identify and proactively address potential issues and delays in Site and Workshop Fabrication, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with reporting manager keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and quality control records.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the PEB industry or a similar construction environment.
- Experience in reading and understanding Section, Fabrication and Erection drawings.
- Proven experience in managing both Site and Workshop Fabrication activities for PEB projects.
- Strong understanding of PEB construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
