**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Printing Company

**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Sales Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company’s printing services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored printing solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s printing products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Advise clients on the best printing options to meet their needs.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance the company’s offerings.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Document client requirements and campaign details for internal teams.
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share best practices and strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the printing industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel as needed.
