CNC Machine Setup: Prepare the CNC machine for operation by loading the appropriate tools and materials, setting the machine's parameters, and ensuring it is calibrated correctly.

Programming: Read and interpret technical drawings and furniture design specifications to create CNC programs that guide the machine in cutting, shaping, and carving wood components.

Material Preparation: Select and load wood materials onto the CNC machine, ensuring they are positioned accurately and securely for the manufacturing process.

Tooling and Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and replace CNC machine tooling to maintain optimal cutting performance. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.

Monitoring Operations: Observe the CNC machine during operation to ensure the accuracy of the process and make any necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

Quality Control: Inspect finished wood furniture components to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in the production process.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the CNC machine and handling materials to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems that may arise during CNC operations, including tool breakage, material misalignment, or programming errors.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize the CNC manufacturing workflow.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
