**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Good understanding of Identity and access Management Good working experience and knowledge on ISIM.
- Good working knowledge of policies, workflows, identity lifecycle rules used in ISIM.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Unix administration with regards to ISIM Software installation.
- Strong knowledge of business processes in IAM Understanding the business requirements and system requirements of IAM.
- Designing and deploying of the required infrastructure solution for IAM.
- Creating custom adapters and interfaces, utilizing APIs from IBM Tivoli Custom code development in Java / JavaScript for augmenting out of the box features Creating and modifying services in ISIM for managing the identities in the end point.
- Development knowledge in Java / JavaScript is preferred Understanding of Cloud Basics will be advantageous good communication skills Ready to work in AG Shift.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Good knowledge and experience in ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) Good knowledge and experience in ISDI (IBM Security Directory Integrator).
- Strong knowledge on Zero trust Security services Possess more than 5 years of experience in ISIM and ISDS Good knowledge on scripting JavaScript.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- IAM Security Architect, IBM Certified deployment profession on ISIM and ISDS.
- Experience in handling incidents, service requests and changes as per ITIL principles.
- Experience in Root Cause analysis and problem management skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines Must be self-motivated and good team player good communication skills, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree
