**Job Description**:

- To maintain a clean and sterile OT.
- To check equipment’s and take necessary action.
- To plan and schedule surgeries effectively without wastage of time and manpower.
- To assist the surgeon in the procedure.
- To be the nurse -advocate of the patient.
- To maintain the OT records( Temp, humidity...etc).
- Managing and providing supportive staff during critical incidents/emergency situations.
- To assist in revising OT policies and procedures.
- Maintaining staff duty Rota ( OT staffs, LDR & Anesthesia).
- To provide adequate stocks and functioning equipment’s in sufficient quantity.
- To assist surgeons and anesthetist as and when requirement etc...

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
