The showroom salesperson will be a key member of our team, responsible for assisting customers in the selection and purchase of interior & exterior decor products. The role involves providing excellent customer service, product expertise, and ensuring a seamless buying experience within our showroom and also reaching out to customers and influencers to generate business.

**Customer Engagement: -**Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. - Provide personalized recommendations and advice based on customer requirements. - Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in the showroom.

**Product Knowledge: -** Develop a deep understanding of the products offered, including features, benefits, and materials. - Stay updated on current design trends, styles, and industry developments. - Effectively communicate product details to customers and highlight key selling points.

**Sales and Consultation: -** Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing accurate information and answering questions. - Offer product demonstrations and explain how different items can complement each other. - Provide pricing information, discounts, and payment options. - Cross-sell and upsell related products to enhance the customer's shopping experience. - Prepare and share quotations with customers as per the agreed agenda

**Sales Transactions: - **Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) or an alternative billing system. - Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods and maintain proper documentation. - Adhere to and adopt the daily reporting system of the company

**Maintain Showroom Appearance: -** Ensure the showroom is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times. - Ensure to restock products as needed and update displays with new arrivals
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in interior decor or related industries. - Ability to read and understand Architectural Drawings - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Basic computer skills of MS Office - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organised and attractive showroom.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
