**What you will work on**

The Cloud Security Architect will lead the efforts to secure Deel’s product and infrastructure by guiding and monitoring the different DevOps and R&D teams to secure Deel’s cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD processes. Designing a secure architecture, conducting a risk analysis, and responding to specific developers’ and/or customers’ questions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work to obtain the right mandate to ensure Deel’s products, services, and infrastructure are launched with the appropriate security controls.
- Continually monitor the security systems and prioritize the remediation for the DevOps and the Infra teams.
- Guide and oversee secure CI/CD processes in organizational and cloud-based environments with diverse characteristics
- Provide security standards, requirements, and guidelines for securing the products.
- Provide support for Pre-Sales activities and potential customers' security questionnaires.
- Assist with reviewing architecture and design for new products, features, and services.
- Research new cloud and DevOps tools and technologies, and evaluate options that enhance security capabilities.
- Coordinate third-party penetration tests and security assessments as part of our global security program.
- Providing guidance and answering questions about security practices in regard to CI/CD and cloud security.
- Triage security incidents to resolution.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in CI/CD and cloud security.
- Deep understanding of Cloud technologies, SaaS environments, CI/CD processes, and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of cyber security frameworks, such as MITRE, OWASP (in particular Top 10 CI/CD Security Risks), and others.
- Experience with CSPM, DSPM, SCA, SAST, and IaC security tools.
- Experience with supply chain attack vectors for dependencies and sub-dependencies
- Stay up to date with the latest security technologies, and attack techniques.
- Excellent English in both verbal and written.
- Be proficient with Cloud technologies.

**Advantages**
