**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of outgoing inventory, preventing stockouts or overstock situations, and ensuring products are readily available for outbound shipping.
- Develop systems to meet customer & Grade specific requirements desired by customer.
- Ensure loading of materials in line with Customer - Grade specific requirements of customer.
- Evaluate and enhance outbound logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to damaged shipments, delivery delays, or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Examine the packaging and handling processes to identify potential causes of damage during shipping. And implement better packaging techniques and collaborate with carriers to ensure proper handling.
- Maintain clear communication channels with carriers and track performance metrics.
- Develop a robust system to avoid damages, delays and discrepancies.
- Ensure all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms, is complete and accurate, complying with relevant regulations and requirements. Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments. Ensure compliance to safety standards.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in warehouse
- To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.
- SHE compliance Plan & implement Statutory & SHE compliance, Dupont safety system & procedure pertaining to process area for un-interrupted operation.

**Qualifications**:
B.E./B.Tech (Dist Education)

**Minimum Experience Level**:
3-6 Years
