IT Incharge

As the IT Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's Information Technology infrastructure. The role requires a deep understanding of networking, hardware, and software systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations, implementing and maintaining technology solutions, and providing technical support to users.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Network Management**:Design, implement, and manage the organization's network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

**Hardware Management**:Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware components.
Manage and troubleshoot servers, computers, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Conduct regular hardware audits and recommend upgrades as necessary.

Ensure software licenses are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement software solutions that enhance business processes.

**Technical Support**:Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Develop and implement user training programs to enhance IT literacy within the organization.
Maintain a helpdesk system to log, track, and resolve IT-related requests and incidents.

**Security and Compliance**:Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Generate regular reports on IT performance, issues, and resolutions for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar IT role, with a focus on networking, hardware, and software management.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, hardware components, and various operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead IT initiatives.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
