**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Title Curative Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing property titles, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective actions. This includes conducting title searches, researching public records, and liaising with various stakeholders to resolve concerns that may affect property titles.
- Review title documents and conduct title searches to identify defects or issues.
- Research public records and relevant documents to gather necessary information.
- Communicate effectively with lenders, attorneys, and property owners involved in transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents related to title curative processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title curative process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide timely updates to internal teams and external stakeholders on title curative activities.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently resolve title-related issues.
- Identify and address title curative issues such as senior interests, liens, judgments, and tax issues.
- Obtain missing or corrected documents necessary for clearing title issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property titles.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in title examination, title insurance, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of property title concepts, including liens and ownership rights.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze information from various sources.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases for research and documentation.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and real estate transaction documents is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
