Job Summary

This position presents an exciting opportunity to work with and learn from well-renowned and

experienced US Gastroenterologists, Dr. Vipin Gupta and Dr. Mayuri Gupta, from Deerfield Beach,

Florida, USA. Our healthcare back office support system operates at Sainik Farms, New Delhi, from

Monday to Friday, 6 pm to 3 am Indian Time (8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST). This position comes with the

Job Responsibilities

Address the patient calls, and counsel regarding the disease process, procedures, and treatment.

Address the queries from the pharmacies, insurance, imaging facilities, and hospitals.

Advocate for the patient with the insurance companies through peer-to-peer calls.

Communicate with the patient primary care and other specialists for timely shared patient care.

Review the clinical documents - Procedure notes, Pathology reports, Labs, and Imaging studies.

Review hospital-based procedure notes to identify abnormal results for the timeliness of care.

Triage the patients based on their reports and reschedule patient appointments if needed.

Make sure the no-shows/canceled appointments with abnormal results are followed up.

Verify the medication dosage based on the patient's encounter notes and e-prescribe.

Train the non-clinical staff in the office to keep the workflow smooth and efficient.

Review the patient charts and enroll the potential patients for the Clinical Research Programs.

Assist providers by medical scribing the patient SOAP note into the electronic health records(EHR).

Provide Telehealth support to the providers by gathering patient history, formulating

assessment/plan of care, and completing detailed documentation in EHR.

Qualification & Job Skills Required

MBBS (Fresher/Experienced/Final year can apply)

Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills with proficient English language.

Knowledge in Gastroenterology - Pathophysiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, and Procedures.
