**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate and monitor the background check process across multiple locations
- Engage with recruitment vendors & company leadership on a day-to-day basis
- Perform periodic data audits of records to ensure compliance
- Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality of human resources records
- Act as a liaison between the organization and recruitment vendors
- Ad Hoc tasks, as needed

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Freshers or 1-2 years of TA or HR coordination experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks and projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Oracle HCM or Oracle Recruiting systems is a plus

**Schedule**

This role is on-site in our Hyderabad office.
