- **OVERALL**:
The group functions Process Mining expert will be part of the Celonis center of excellence under the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) function.
- He/ She will be in charge of:

- Implementing the most relevant KPIs measuring the business’s success in our Celonis EMS
- Ensuring the enablement of the business to continuously improve processes, highlighting improvement areas, process bottlenecks and giving way to digitalization opportunities
- Setting the foundation of the path to value to for long-term success
- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Discover
- Play a key role in the Celonis implementation projects to ensure the optimal solution to tackle the business’s pain points
- Design innovative analyses and execution apps and enrich them to make the business processes transparent
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Enhance
- Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
- Quantify the business and financial potential and present the finding to the management
- Implement actions to improve business processes, drive value and increase process conformance rate
- **The qualifications you need**:

- From around 5 to 8 years professional experience in SAP implementation
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in SAP Functional Consulting, Digital transformation, Process Improvement, Process mining consulting or similar.
- Successfully completed your studies in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various stakeholders from business
- Understanding and ability to interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well organised and known for being a quick learner
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab)
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement of your know-how
- In depth business process understanding of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Human Resources, Sales
- Proven expertise of the following SAP modules : FI / CO / PS / SD / CS
- Celonis process mining experience is a plus

- You have very good English skills, other languages are an advantage
