**Job Requirements**:

- Monitoring of external sites frequented by developers to look for opportunities to engage in those conversations
- Connect with members of the DevRel team for distribution of tasks
- Reporting of metrics
- Collaboration across multiple teams
- Staying updated on any changes in the product or major announcements
- Analyse existing processes, suggest and make improvements, and implement processes where none exists
- Ordering/procuring equipment and swag for internal and external partners
- Maintaining documentation on current support processes
- A desire to learn and expand your horizons; take on new challenges as the business scales or things break

**Qualifications**:

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced organisation
- Experience establishing and owning the relationships with internal partners
- Ability to partner with and support co-workers
- An exceptional written and spoken communicator
- Highly organised & autonomous
