**Job Description**:

- You are part of a global team and work with team members in different countries
- You will be responsible for designing, implementing new features and configure in Commvault based on company policies and project requirements and create documents accordingly with the team members and Backup operations manager.
- You are responsible for reviewing and optimizing the existing configuration in Commvault for further improvement in term of operations (RTO, RPO), performance (e.g. backup window) and cost (cloud storage) alone with Backup operations manager.
- Work on projects and ensure successful implementation of projects and tasks assigned to the team with project managers.
- Analyze and improve global system performance, resource usage, backup success rate and operational processes, monitor and report capabilities.
- Seamless communication with business, IT colleagues based on team’s strategy and responsibilities.
- Work with compliance and audit teams to fulfill various compliance and audit requests

Required Technical and Professional
- Must have mínimal 5-years’ experience on Commvault Backup and Recovery v11
- Have experience on implementing backup of M365 products (e.g. Onedrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online)
- 2 years’ working experience within a multi-culture team
- Familiar with ITIL (service management, incident management, change management etc.) and SOX, knowing TISAX is a plus.
- Have advanced knowledge on EMC storage Follow-up on topics, tasks, projects and backlogs continuously for deliveries in good quality.
- Collaboration and communication skills in English, and project management is a plus.
