Accurately prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil engineering projects, ensuring all materials, labor, and resources are properly quantified.
- Ensure that the BOQ aligns with project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare and verify the Bill of Measurements (BB) and BBS(for steel)for construction projects based on detailed drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the measurement of work completed, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Assist in the preparation of initial cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Regularly monitor costs and provide updates to ensure the project remains within budget.
- Assist in preparing tender documentation and conducting cost analysis for contractors and suppliers.
- Evaluate tender bids, comparing cost breakdowns and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
- Regularly monitor construction costs and prepare cost reports for project managers, highlighting any variations from the initial budget.
- Track and document any changes to the scope of work or design that impact the cost of the project.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and verify the terms of contracts to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of work and verify completed work against the BOQ and BB.
- Measure and record completed work to ensure that it corresponds with the quantities in the BOQ.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
