We are **hiring** for **SALES EXECUTIVE** for our client company which is a leading player in the field of Rubber and Sports Flooring dealing in Wooden Flooring, Vinyl Flooring, Mineral Fiber Ceilings, Gypsum Ceiling Tiles, Modular False Ceilings, and Artificial Grass based in Pimple Saudagar, **Pune**.

**Job Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospects
- Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Track and monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports
- Monitor customer feedback and respond appropriately
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Proven sales and marketing experience
- Knowledge of CRM, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct market research
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to commute
- Ability to negotiate and close deals

**Working days**:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday.

**Weekly off**: Sunday
