Our company thrives on delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' goals, and we are now looking for a Domestic Bidder to help us win and manage domestic projects that are centered around outcome-based contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify Opportunities**: Research and identify relevant domestic bidding opportunities in the outcome-based sector through online portals, tenders, and other channels.
- **Bid Preparation**: Prepare and submit high-quality bid proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company guidelines.
- **Project Understanding**: Develop a strong understanding of the client’s needs and outcome-based project goals to create tailored proposals.
- **Cost Estimation**: Work closely with the finance and project management teams to estimate costs, resources, and timelines for project execution.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all bids are compliant with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, private sector clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth bidding and negotiation processes.
- **Documentation**: Manage all documentation related to bids, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
- **Negotiation**: Handle post-bid negotiations and clarifications with clients, ensuring a win-win scenario for both parties.
- **Follow-Up**: Track the status of bids, provide timely follow-up, and adjust bidding strategies as necessary.
- **Outcome Assurance**: Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of outcome-based results as per the contract.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bidding for outcome-based projects (minimum 3-5 years).
