Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Order Processing: Managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order placement, tracking, and delivery. This involves coordinating with various teams, such as inventory management, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
2. Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock. This involves tracking inventory, analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers or vendors for replenishment.
3. Product Listing and Content Management: Creating and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform, including writing compelling product descriptions, uploading product images, and ensuring accurate pricing and categorization. This also includes managing product content, such as specifications, features, and reviews.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing data analytics tools and platforms to gather insights into e-commerce performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, customer behavior, and website traffic. Analyzing this data helps identify areas for improvement, optimize marketing strategies, and drive business growth.
7. Vendor and Marketplace Management: Collaborating with third-party vendors or marketplaces to manage product listings, monitor sales performance, and resolve any issues or discrepancies. This may involve negotiating contracts, establishing pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
8. Payment and Security: Overseeing secure payment processing systems and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations. This includes implementing fraud prevention measures, monitoring transaction security, and staying up to date with industry best practices.
9. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in e-commerce operations. Identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hands on experience with E - mails, Ms Excel.
- Previous experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, CRM software, and analytics tools is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹9,525.59 - ₹15,000.00 per month
