**Job Opportunity: Head of Department (HOD) - MD Pathology**

Are you a dedicated MD Pathologist with a passion for leadership and a dynamic work ethic? Join our team at Shri Hanuman Balaji Charitable Diagnostic Centre, operating under the aegis of Abhinandan Jan Kalyan Society, where we are committed to providing medical services to various sections of society. Excitingly, we are expanding exponentially and embarking on the establishment of a cutting-edge Cancer Hospital (100 beds) and Ayurveda Centre (200+ beds). These setups are just beginning of ever growing pro people services under Abhinandan Jankalyan Society.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Pathology Department with vision and dynamism, ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic excellence.
- Oversee and guide a talented team of pathologists and laboratory staff.
- Spearhead quality assurance initiatives to uphold precision in diagnostic services and patient care.
- Collaborate across departments to facilitate seamless patient care in alignment with our expanding healthcare services.
- Play a key role in the establishment and development of our upcoming Cancer Hospital and Ayurveda Centre.
