**Job Title: Outbound Telesales Executive**

Working Hours : 9:30am to 6:30pm

We are looking for enthusiastic dynamic individuals who aspire to make a career in a fast moving environment andto contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

You'll be part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important.

**Experience**:
A minimum of 2 Years of Proven experience as INDIAMART telesales representative or other sales/customer service role in any industry.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Lead generation and conversion into sales by outbound calls.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- The person should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also draw attention to the benefits of the products.
- Making cold calls for new business leads.
- Monthly targets given to be achieved without fail.
- The person should maintain a healthy relationship with the customers he/she handles.
- The person should be in touch with his manager and report daily, weekly, monthly as per manager’s demand.
- Preparation and submission of commercial documents to clients (Quotation, Order acceptance, proforma invoice etc.).
- Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments.
- Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
- Introducing the company Products to suitable customers and taking orders and feedback for the same.
- Knowing the Customer Applications and suggesting the suitable products.
- Maintain the leads in the CRM and frequently update marketing status in it.
- Relationship building & follow-ups with regular clients to get orders & developing sales from new clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as INDIAMART telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
