**About the Company**
We are seeking a highly capable back office assistant to join Shreelight Power Pvt.Ltd. Supplier of Electrical products. Provide comprehensive support to our quotation & inquiry department.
- **Roles**
Back Office Assistant responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
- **Responsibility**
- Sales/PurchaseMarketing OrderManagement
- Order Review and Analysis - as per quotation, Invoice verification with reference to Purchase / Sales Order
- Sales Order booking
- Convey dispatch schedule. Raise query incase incorrect data
- Preparation of Invoice, Challan, E-way bill and necessary supporting documents
- Tracking,monitoring & communication of Sales Order
- Update Customer/Executive incase of rescheduling or shortage
- **Credit Control & Management**
- Follow Credit Guidelines
- Tracking, follow-up, communicate with Customer,Executive & Accounts
- Cross sales and upsales of products and maximise sales
- Tracking and Monitoring of Inactive Customer
- Sales Projection and Planning basis Customer consumption pattern and project booking(blanket/ARC/Kanban/OPR)
- Based on Sales Projection, coordinating with various functions to ensure availability of material
- Updating data in ERP system for accuracy of MIS reports
- Sales Billing post Order booking - Credit Management
- Paymment Follow-up & Recovery.
- Customer satisfaction
