We are looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Designer to join our creative design team. The Assistant Designer will work closely with senior designers to support the development and execution of design projects across various mediums. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in the design industry and contribute to the success of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior designers in creating visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print and digital projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the design process
- Conduct research on design trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform design decisions
- Prepare design assets, files, and presentations for review and approval by senior designers and stakeholders
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining design files, assets, and project documentation
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and team meetings to generate new ideas and solutions
- Learn and develop skills in design software, tools, and techniques under the guidance of senior designers

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a relevant design internship
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw) and other design software
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, with the ability to take direction, collaborate with team members, and receive feedback constructively
- Passion for design, creativity, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic design team

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
