**Role Summary
**Key Responsibilities**
- Strong experience designing and building AWS cloud infrastructure as well as development, configuration, and cost optimization.
- Work with Digital, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT Infrastructure, and Application Development organizations to design appropriate cloud technology solutions and facilitates complete integration into the company environments.
- Designs and develops cloud architectures for Cyderes cloud/hybrid-based solutions.
- Possesses a firm understanding of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform offerings.
- Designs and implements cloud-native and 3rd party architectures to meet business requirements with the appropriate security controls.
- Assists with the development of strategy, roadmaps, and deployment plans for enterprise information protection and cloud platform usage
- Maintains up-to-date, detailed knowledge of the IT security industry.
- Interface with the client to provide SME within the Pre-Sales, Consulting and or Support areas of our cloud products and environments.

**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience designing and implementing IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS solutions in a public cloud environment
- Subject matter expertise Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with or Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Able to construct cloud formation scripts in order to automate the deployment of complex cloud architectures
- An understanding of virtual machines and containerization technology such as docker or Kubernetes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT-related work
- Certified AWS Solution Architect
- Retain one or more of the following certifications: Azure - Solution Architect, Azure Security Engineer, AWS - Security Specialty, GCP - Cloud Architect or GCP - Cloud Security Engineer
- Experience in solution architecture, DevSecOps practices, and cloud integration.
- Working knowledge of common and industry standard cloud-native/cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID, SAML, etc.).
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Java
- 2-3 years overall Cloud architect experience
- Understanding of cloud security capabilities and risks
- Strong security inclination
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in professional experience
