**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and detailed quantity surveys.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions to maximize project profitability.
- Support other members of the project team as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation in the construction industry.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong Estimation Skill & Material Requirement Planning knowledge.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
