Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops focused on enhancing soft skills within organizations
- Customize training materials and methodologies to meet the specific needs and objectives of Organization.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including role-playing, group discussions, case studies, and interactive activities, to facilitate learning and skill acquisition.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to support their ongoing growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to soft skills training, incorporating new approaches into training programs as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and evaluation results

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:
