Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Store Auditor. The primary responsibility of the Store Auditor will be to conduct thorough and accurate audits of our retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our business operations and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct audits of stores to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

2. Verify inventory accuracy and assess the proper implementation of merchandising and pricing strategies.

3. Evaluate store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to ensure a positive experience.

4. Check adherence to security measures and loss prevention protocols.

5. Collaborate with management to address any issues or discrepancies identified during audits.

6. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions needed.

7. Ensure all audit documentation is accurate, organized, and submitted in a timely manner.

8. Stay informed about changes in company policies, procedures, and standards to effectively conduct audits.

9. Provide feedback and training to store employees as needed to improve compliance and performance.

1. Previous experience in auditing, preferably in a healthcare industry..

2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

5. Knowledge of operations, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.

6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

7. Proficient in using technology, including handheld devices and computer software for data entry and reporting.

8. Flexibility to work as needed by management/company.

9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in auditing is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹11,614.27 - ₹65,716.27 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
