As a Mental Health Center Manager at Adarsh Home, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our mental health center. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer relations, facilitating guardian and patient management, and effectively coordinating with vendors to ensure the seamless provision of mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Over-All Operations:
Ensure the efficient functioning of all aspects of the mental health center.
Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop and implement operational protocols that prioritize patient well-being.
Monitor the delivery of mental health services to maintain high standards of care.
Customer Relations:
Cultivate a supportive and empathetic environment for patients and their families.
Address inquiries and concerns from patients and guardians with compassion and professionalism.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall experience of individuals seeking mental health support.
Guardian & Patient Management:
Oversee the intake and discharge processes for patients, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy standards while handling sensitive patient information.
Vendors Management:
Identify and engage vendors for the procurement of mental health resources and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms for the mental health center.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure optimal service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the mental health sector.
Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
Proficiency in Odia, English, and Hindi languages.
Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
