**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a basic understanding of accounting concepts such as generating quotations, processing invoices, handling purchase orders, bank reconciliation, and GST filing.
- Acquire a basic understanding of the process involved in generating shipping labels.
- Familiarize yourself with order processing platforms like Shopify and learn how to navigate and utilize its features.
- Use of basic Excel functions to assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Upload new products to the Shopify platform, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Assist in managing inventory, returns and updating product availability on the Shopify platform.
- Interact and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide assistance in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Requirements:
