**Customer Education**: Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, answering inquiries, and addressing customer concerns in a courteous and informative manner.

**Build Relationships**: Build rapport and trust with customers, creating a positive experience that encourages them to consider our products for their wellness journey.

**Sales Pitch**: Present our Ayurvedic products persuasively, highlighting their unique selling points and aligning their features with customer needs.

**Order Processing**: Assist customers in placing orders over the phone, ensuring accurate details and a seamless order process.

**Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and needs.

**Maintain Records**: Maintain meticulous records of calls, interactions, and orders in the company's CRM system.

**Targets and Reporting**: Achieve individual and team sales targets, reporting progress to supervisors regularly.

**Feedback Loop**: Gather customer feedback, preferences, and insights, contributing to product improvement discussions.

**Stay Informed**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Ayurvedic practices, and our product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
