TurboHire is looking for a Growth Associate that can help take TurboHire to the world

Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be the face of TurboHire, connecting with HR professionals around the globe and introducing them to TurboHire
- In doing so, you will be required to generate potential leads willing to demo TurboHire and set up calls for the Account Management team.
- Flood their calendars with demos and invites (Genuine Demos)
- Connect with prospects on the call and qualify the requirement
- Let’s aim and shoot here
- Consistently working out different outbound efforts to increase the sales and growth efforts
- Be Creative, Be Bold, be Turbocharged all the time

Eligibility
- The only thing that qualifies you is your passion and willingness to adapt, learn and implement new ideas to achieve results.
- But if you still ask, 1 to 2 years of experience in any sales or marketing-related profile will help.
- Good written and communication skills is a must. Your success in this role depends on it. (Let’s stick to English here)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other Outbound tools is a great plus.
- Again, you won’t have to reinvent the wheel here, but we are ready to teach you.
- The role will require you to work in the US time zones (IST 7:30 pm to 3:30 am)
- We do great work when the world around us is asleep.
