**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field with B2C Operations.
- Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, order and fulfilment processes.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales/BD operations with an e-commerce vendor or at a marketplace
- Should have a demonstrated track record of generating sales on online platforms sustainably
- Should have experience leading teams
- Experience in jewellery industry preferred
- Experience working with an online marketplace is highly desired
- Education
- UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Social media expertise with a focus on Instagram.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
