Carer/companion

As a Care Companion at ElderJoy, you'll be an essential link in creating meaningful connections and enhancing the well-being of seniors. Your role involves being the dedicated companion for the elder, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll build close relationships through in-person visits, engaging conversations, and participating in activities that resonate with their interests. Coordinating and updating family members about the seniors' well-being will be a core responsibility. Additionally, you'll provide assistance in arranging services, health checks, appointments, and guiding them in using basic technology.

**Qualifications**:
We are seeking compassionate individuals who genuinely care about enriching the lives of seniors. Qualifications include:
Empathy, patience, and a warm disposition.

Proficiency in communication, including English, Hindi and the local language.

Availability of approximately 3-4 hours per week virtually, in person visits upto 3-4 times a month.

Proactive, resourcefulness, and an age range of 30 to 45 preferably women (exceptions considered)

Comfortable using basic technology and open to local travel.

Experience in caregiving for seniors, either professionally or within your own family, is an big advantage.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
