**Role.**:
The Lead Data Governance is responsible for developing and implementing data governance strategies and policies to ensure the quality, integrity, and security of organizational data. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping data management practices, defining standards, and ensuring compliance with data-related regulations. The Lead Data Governance collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish a data governance framework and culture within the organization.

You must possess very strong written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to think conceptually and pragmatically; capable of communicating with senior executives and becoming a trusted advisor on Kanerika services and solutions. You possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and enthusiasm to embrace new challenges. You can multitask and prioritize (good time management skills), willing to display and learn. You should be able to work independently with less or no supervision. You should be process-oriented, have a methodical approach and demonstrate a quality-first approach.

A Lead Data Governance plays a critical role in ensuring that data is a valuable asset for the organization and is used in a way that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strong leadership skills to be successful.
