**Description**:
Harvest Group is searching for a Data Entry Associate who can manage to work with data. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the data extraction and load from multiple external sources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teamwork
- Manual data retrieval (extract and load data from external sources)
- Data source expertise (developed over time)
- Data preparation: cleaning, formatting and checking data integrity
- Automated data retrieval through Harvest Group systems and managing Harvest Group data retrieval systems
- Communicating with customers and team mates effectively
- Agile ways-of-working, applied to data acquisition

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Associate
- Good mastery of English, both orally and in writing
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills to include MS Office
- Associate degree in the related field
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, patience, and presentation skills
