Broad KRA’s
- Manage vendors, explore outsourcing opportunities, re-engineer processes, track service delivery, Relationship management and Contract management. This role will support the Head -Vendor Management in effective vendor management, monitor SLA’s, review contracts/renewal and conduct structured meetings with vendors and stake holders
Supports Head -Vendor Management in overseeing the evaluation and selection process of outsource service provider including CBA, site reviews, negotiations and supports dept. function heads in the feasibility study. Support in creating a link with the internal departments and the vendors and build governance model for sharing best practices and tools for effective performance management. Will handle transactional issues/problems with vendors, manage expectations and will be responsible in supporting the Head in VPA, budgeting and forecasting operations functions as per the budget.

**D **Key Result Areas**
- Review all vendor contracts and ensure strict adherence
- Monitor vendor performance / SLA’s form time to time / as per SOP
- Organize structured engagements with vendors & internal stakeholders to discuss performance, future goals, initiatives, recent events and improvements.
- To have good understanding of TALIC business and identify non-core activities that can be outsourced (as per TRAI guidelines)
- Closely work with stakeholders to improve efficiencies in processes
- To regularly meet internal stakeholders and ensure that their expectations are understood and ensure such expectations are met by the vendors
- Periodically review if the internal departments are utilizing the services of the appointed vendors as envisaged
- Conduct C-Sat survey with internal & external stakeholders & customers to evaluate vendor efficiency & effectiveness
- Interact with Legal, Compliance and Commercial dept. for vendor selection, evaluation, due-diligence and further processing.
- Identify operational risks on account of outsourcing and decide and implement mitigating controls to eliminate such risks
- Monitor the operational aspects of the vendor relationship through reviews and evaluations of financial and operational performance that will ensure that contract terms, standards and expectations are met-by the vendor.
- Support contract negotiation teams with recommendations and guidance on changes to contract terms and performance measurements based on these audits.
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with vendors and identify key goals, deliverables and timetables for the year's initiatives.
- Monitor and report on vendor performance to internal committees and assists business owners in developing corrective action plans.
- Conduct site reviews to ensure vendors adhere to all provisions of the contract
- Manages and is responsible for the timely identification and resolution of problems and issues that arise during the course of the day to day functioning of the vendor relationship by developing response time and prioritization standards and identifying point persons in each functional and escalation procedures.
- Ensure that vendors adhere to all applicable legal, regulatory and accreditation mandate
- Facilitate and monitor vendor payments with user departments
- Facilitate CVMT & L&C for vendor due diligence / requirement as per TRAI guidelines
- Facilitate in providing required details / data from time to time for requirements of OS, IRDA etc.
